Placements24 is seeking a Specialist Recruiter focused on Energy & Resources to join our client in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will source, screen and place top engineers, geologists, project managers and operations staff.

Hybrid role with in-person client engagement, salary commensurate with experience and a commission structure that rewards performance. Relevant sector knowledge and strong ATS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years recruitment experience with a focus on Energy & Resources.
• Proven track record in filling specialized technical/operational roles.
• In-depth knowledge of required skills, qualifications, and certifications for Energy & Resources professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with in-office collaboration in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.

Requirements
