Placements24 is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the engineering recruitment vertical from our Tembisa office in Gauteng. You will design and implement strategic recruitment programs, build key client relationships, and mentor junior recruiters in a high-autonomy role.

Competenze

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience with at least 4 years in engineering recruitment.
• Proven leadership or principal-level experience delivering complex recruitment projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, civil and software engineering disciplines.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with modern ATS and recruitment marketing tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years specializing in engineering recruitment.
• Proven experience in a leadership or principal-level role.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex recruitment projects and delivering results for demanding clients.
• In-depth knowledge of various engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software).
• Exceptional client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with modern ATS and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Tembisa, Gauteng, and available for on-site work.
