Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times in the Lindt shop.
• Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Educate customers on Lindt products and tasting notes.
• Upsell and increase transaction value through product recommendations.
• Process POS transactions and manage till operations accurately.
• Restock shelves and maintain clean, attractive displays.
• Assist with monthly stock counts and inventory control.
• Handle courier deliveries and receive stock against invoices.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Uphold Lindt brand standards in appearance and behavior.
