Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is compulsory.
• 3 to 4 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the long-term insurance industry is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain source records and ensure payments are allocated accurately and on time to prevent policy lapses.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Train, guide and support new employees on departmental processes and systems.
• Monitor staff performance and address concerns; conduct weekly team meetings.
• Manage and monitor various operational reports and department statistics.
