Job summary

Lesaka Technologies is hiring a hands-on Installation & Support Technician for the Hospitality division in Nelspruit. You will lead POS installations, client training, and post-implementation support across the Mpumalanga region, working closely with the Area Lead.

The role demands technical know‑how, customer focus, and the ability to own projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include hardware/software installation, go‑live management, and after‑hours standby support.

Qualifications

• IT qualification (A+ and N+ highly recommended).
• Windows networking experience.
• 3–5 years in IT or technical support.
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
• Willingness to travel long distances and work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure POS hardware/software at client sites.
• Manage POS and Back Office setups and go-lives.
• Provide business hours and after-hours support.
• Train client staff on POS and Back Office systems.
• Collaborate with regional technical team and own installations.
