Job summary

Lesaka Technologies’ Hospitality division seeks an Installation & Support Technician for Bloemfontein. You will install POS hardware/software, configure Back Office systems, train clients, and provide go‑live support across the Free State region.

The role requires IT qualifications, Windows networking experience, 3–5 years in IT/support, and a hands‑on, customer‑focused approach with willingness to travel. Own vehicle and after‑hours availability are expected.

Qualifications

IT qualification (A+ and N+ recommended).
Windows networking experience.
3–5 years in IT or technical support.
Strong technical support background.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work irregular hours and travel across the Free State & surrounding areas.
Your own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

POS installations and go‑lives at client sites.
Providing technical and software support during business hours.
Training client staff on POS and Back Office systems.
Ensuring clients are confident and operational before handover.
Taking ownership of allocated installation sections (POS or Back Office) and supporting team continuity.
Delivering professional, client‑centric service at all times.
