Qualifications
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and standard applications.
- Respond to support requests via ticketing system, phone, and email, prioritizing urgent issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and assist users with printer and peripheral issues.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist in managing IT assets and inventory, ensuring all equipment is tracked and accounted for.
