Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Help Desk/ onsite training/ Software support specialist in Johannesburg to join the LEAP team, delivering responsive helpdesk support and on-site technical assistance for pharmacy applications. You will field, log and track user queries, check software configurations, assist with end-user training, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.

A degree or diploma in IT or Healthcare and knowledge of Pharmacy operations are preferred.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in IT or Healthcare or relevant experience.
Experience or knowledge of Pharmacy Operations.
Knowledge of Healthcare IT applications.
Ability to learn new technologies and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Field, log, and track support queries from users.
Identify, debug, and report issues to prevent defects reaching users.
Ensure applications are correctly configured to accommodate different setups.
Verify software meets performance, functionality, and security standards.
Work with customers, software specialists, developers and vendors to resolve issues.
Assist with documentation of processes and setup.
Conduct investigations escalated from users to identify bugs or gaps.
Identify areas for improvement on the applications.
Share skills and best practices with the team for continual growth.
Train end users on the LEAP Application.
