Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a Help Desk / onsite training / software support professional in Cape Town to join the LEAP team. You will provide timely helpdesk assistance and on-site technical support for Dispensary and Front shop applications across Clicks pharmacies and partners in South Africa and neighboring countries.

The role requires IT or healthcare IT knowledge, a degree or diploma, and the ability to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in IT, Healthcare or related field.
Experience or knowledge of pharmacy operations.
Knowledge of healthcare IT applications.
Dependable with initiative.
Ability to liaise with users at all levels.
Strong customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

Field, log, and track support queries from users.
Identify and report software issues to prevent defects reaching users.
Ensure applications are configured for different store setups in SA.
Verify software meets performance, functionality, and security standards.
Collaborate with customers, software specialists, developers, and vendors to resolve issues.
Document processes and setup; assist with investigations of escalated issues.
Identify areas for improvement and share best practices with the team.
Train end users on the LEAP application.
Work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
Learn pharmacy processes and procedures.
Analyse and interpret data.
Research and plan to deliver results meeting customer expectations.
