Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking an IT helpdesk specialist to support LEAP portfolio applications in South Africa, including Dispensary and Front shop software used in stores. You will field user queries, log issues, and work with developers to resolve problems, ensuring configurations meet regional requirements.

The role requires knowledge of pharmacy processes and healthcare IT, with the ability to train end users and support on-site operations across Clicks sites in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT or Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Experience with pharmacy operations or healthcare IT applications is preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Field, log, and track support queries from users.
• Ensure software quality by debugging and reporting issues.
• Verify configuration for different set ups and regions.
• Resolve issues with customers, software specialists, developers and vendors.
• Assist with documentation of processes and setup.
