Job summary

Clicks Group, via United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD), is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Polokwane branch. You will oversee picking, packing, dispatch and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced FMCG and pharmaceutical logistics environment.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs, QA, SHEQ and drive daily performance, reporting, and staff development. The role requires shift work and a proactive, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3 year degree or diploma in supply chain is required.
• 5-10 years' experience in supply chain operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise picking, checking, packing and dispatch functions.
• Ensure SOPs, QA and SHEQ compliance.
• Manage productivity, capacity, and staffing utilization.
• Oversee asset inspections, downtime, and maintenance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Handle order processing, transfers and sales orders.
• Oversee stock counting and bin checks, and returns.
• Lead staff development, coaching and discipline.
