Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Dispatch) to lead inbound/outbound warehouse activities at the Cape Town UPD site. The role requires managing inventory, receiving, assembly and predominantly dispatch operations to support Wholesale and Distribution.

The ideal candidate has strong MS Office skills, 5 years of management experience and proven ability to plan, coordinate and lead teams under pressure. Shift work will be required to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (advantageous).
• Fleet management and operational/logistical experience.
• 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control picking, checking, packing and dispatch.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies (SHEQ, QA).
• Manage productivity: capacity, cycle time, staffing utilization, downtime.
• Ensure equipment uptime and maintenance; report issues.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
