Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Pick Check Pack) for the UPD Cape Town distribution hub. Based in Montague Gardens, you will lead the picking/checking team and ensure orders are accurate, complete, and compliant before dispatch.

You will manage quality assurance, reduce claims, and drive productivity while maintaining SOPs and safety standards in a fast-paced pharmaceutical distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Pharmaceutical/Distribution FMCG/Supply Chain roles (essential).
• 2 years stock management/inventory experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee final picking and packing accuracy before dispatch.
• Supervise the picking and checking team; allocate work and monitor productivity.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance; prevent damaged/expired stock.
• Investigate and correct picking/checking errors; reduce customer claims.
• Maintain SOPs, GDP compliance and audit records.
• Monitor order accuracy, dispatch discrepancies, and service levels.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Dispatch, QA, and Customer Service.
• Promote health and safety and housekeeping in the area.
