Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a permanent Warehouse Supervisor (Inventory) for UPD Cape Town, Montague Gardens. The role manages inventory accuracy, coordinates with multiple warehouse functions, and leads a small team to ensure efficient stock flow and reporting.

You will monitor stock movements, conduct cycle counts, resolve variances, and drive improvements in distribution practices while adhering to GMP and SOP requirements.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel)
• Strong inventory management knowledge
• Supervisory experience in warehouse settings

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counts
• Supervise inventory controllers and stock clerks
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and quality standards
• Generate inventory reports and KPI dashboards
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement preventive actions
• Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, Dispatch, Procurement, QA and Finance teams
