Qualifications

• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and ad platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and bid optimization.
• Monitor performance daily; analyse CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
• A/B test creatives, landing pages and targeting parameters.

• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Explore and implement new performance marketing channels and tactics.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
