Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape budgets, bids, and narratives, serving as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, build roadmaps, and articulate the numbers behind performance on client calls. Remote role with global clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present numbers insights.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
