Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmapping, and narrative discussions with clients.

You will act as the strategic voice, making calls on campaigns and direction. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on ROAS improvements, CPA control, and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set and monitor conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
