Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, allocate budgets, test creatives, track conversions, and present 90-day roadmaps with the numbers behind the decisions. Must communicate clearly in English with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and the numbers behind the calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
