You will handle data input, new hires, terminations and changes in compensation, prepare reports, and respond to employee inquiries to maintain data integrity and timely disbursement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Payroll Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in South Africa
• Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., VIP Payroll, Sage) and HRIS systems
• Solid understanding of South African payroll tax legislation and labour laws
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
