Qualifications

• Education: Business-related Diploma or degree.
• Experience: 10+ years in reconciliation and data matching.
• Proficiency: Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Payroll: Payroll understanding and hands-on experience.
• Industry: Insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day payroll collection and reconciliation processing.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of client servicing issues.
• Ensure settlements are completed accurately and on time; manage the value chain from initiation to reconciliation and investigation.
