Qualifications

• Business-related diploma/degree required.
• 10+ years’ experience in reconciliation and data matching.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations for Client Payroll Collection Solution, ensuring effective payment processing, reconciliations and client servicing.
• Escalate issues promptly and drive operational efficiencies to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Ensure settlements are completed accurately and on time and support the value chain from initiation to reconciliation.
