FirstRand Limited invites applications for the Client Payments Solutionist role based in Johannesburg. The primary duties include day-to-day payroll collection, reconciliation processing, and delivering excellent client service.

You will ensure timely escalation of issues, accurate settlements, and ongoing operational support to maintain efficient payment collection solutions. The role requires a business-related diploma or degree and at least 10 years of reconciliation and data matching

Competenze

• Business-related diploma or degree is required.
• 10+ years’ experience in reconciliation and data matching.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).

Mansioni

• Day-to-day payroll collection and reconciliation processing.
• Ensure timely escalation of client servicing issues and prompt resolution.
• Ensure all settlements are completed accurately and on time.
• Support in troubleshooting for operational needs and maintaining value chain integrity from initiation to reconciliation.
