Job summary

FirstRand Bank India seeks a Payroll Collection Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day payroll collection processing, reconciliations, and payment processing, while ensuring high client servicing and accurate settlements. You will support the team from initiation to investigation and continually improve operational efficiency.

Job Description

Perform the day-to-day operations for Client Payroll Collection Solution, ensuring the effective execution of payment processing, reconciliations, and client servicing, and operational support to ensure the team delivers seamless payment collection solutions.

Ensure that escalated issues are escalated and addressed promptly, operational efficiencies are improved, and client satisfaction remains high. Additionally, engage in troubleshooting, for operational needs, and ensuring that the value chain from initiation to reconciliation and investigation is properly managed.

• Ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and development.
• Day-to-day execution of payroll collection and reconciliation processing
• Ensure timely escalations of client servicing issues from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns and queries.
• Ensure that all settlements are completed accurately and on time, addressing any delays or errors.
