Job summary

Unique Personnel in Gauteng seeks an HR and Payroll Administrator to manage accurate, timely salary processing and the employee lifecycle from a payroll perspective. The role requires strong numeracy, MS Excel proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has experience in payroll systems (Pay Space or VIP) and knowledge of South African tax and labor legislation, with the ability to multi-task and work with integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing (Pay Space) or VIP/HR administration.
• Strong understanding of SARS compliance, PAYE, UIF, SDL, BCEA and LRA.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; high numeracy.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Manage accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Oversee employee lifecycle administration from payroll perspective.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and reporting requirements.
