Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited is seeking a FNB Community Advisor for DHA on a 12‑month hourly rate contract in Johannesburg. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences by understanding needs, guiding to digital channels, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

Grade 12 or higher with basic banking knowledge.
Experience in customer-facing roles within financial services is a plus.
