Job summary

FirstRand Limited is hiring a FNB Community Advisor DHA on a 12‑month hourly rate contract in Johannesburg. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by proactively understanding needs, guiding customers to suitable service channels, and educating them on digital banking options.

You will build relationships with clients, ensure compliance, and identify sales opportunities to support portfolio growth while aligning with brand standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 (Certificate in Banking, Business Admin, Customer Service or related)
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments, service delivery or client support within financial services.
