Hire Overseas is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a fast-moving B2B sales intelligence platform. You will prospect SMB and mid-market accounts, qualify leads, and book meetings, using AI tools daily to research accounts and craft personalized outreach.

This is a 100% remote, full-time role requiring strong English and a structured outbound approach. You will work a 3 weekdays / 2 weekend days rotation to align with customer needs and sales

Formación

• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation for B2B products.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfort with AI-driven research and outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria.
• Book qualified meetings and hand off with context to sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Use AI tools daily to research accounts and tailor messaging.
