Job summary

Placements24 in Bloemfontein is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to partner with clients on talent management, change management, and leadership development in a hybrid work setup. You will assess structures, design interventions, and support transitions, delivering measurable improvements in engagement and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field and at least six years of OD/HR consulting experience;

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, HRM or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in organisational development, change management or HR consulting.
• Proven design and implementation of OD interventions including talent management and leadership development.
• Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, HR best practices and change theories.

Responsibilities

• Assess structures, cultures and processes to identify development needs.
• Design and implement talent management, succession planning and engagement strategies.
• Develop change management programs to support transitions.
• Provide leadership development, coaching and team-building expertise.
• Conduct needs analyses and design targeted training programs.
• Advise on HR and organisational effectiveness best practices.
• Measure impact of OD interventions and adjust as required.
• Manage OD projects end-to-end ensuring client satisfaction.
