Placements24 seeks a dedicated Consultant - Organisational Development to join their Stellenbosch practice. The role partners with clients to enhance structures, performance, and overall effectiveness, designing interventions and facilitating change for a productive work environment.

The position offers a hybrid model with on-site and remote client engagement, balancing in-person collaboration with flexible delivery in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in organizational development, HR consulting, or change management.
• Proven experience designing and delivering OD interventions, such as leadership programs or talent management strategies.
• Strong understanding of organizational behaviour, change management theories, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of organizational culture, structure, and performance.
• Design and implement programs for leadership development, talent management, and change management.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on improving team dynamics and employee engagement.
• Develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee productivity.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation of OD initiatives.
• Measure the impact of OD interventions and report findings to clients.
