You will partner with senior leadership to redesign structures, define new roles, and steer people-centered change across client organizations.

You will design change strategies, develop communication plans, coach leaders, and ensure successful adoption of new operating models.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, MBA, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in organizational design, change management, or organizational development, preferably in a consulting setting.
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ADKAR or Kotter change frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Assess current organizational structures and identify opportunities for improvement aligned with strategic goals.
• Design and implement effective organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct impact assessments to understand the implications of organizational changes on employees.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support change adoption and build organizational capabilities.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
• Coach and advise senior leaders on navigating organizational change and leadership challenges.
