Travel within the Free State may be required; a data-driven approach and strong stakeholder management are essential for delivering impactful organizational change and performance improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years in organizational design or HR consulting.
• Experience designing structures and talent management initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of change management theories and HR best practices.

Aufgaben

• Assess current organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Design optimal organizational structures that align with strategic goals and operational needs.
• Develop talent management strategies, including role definition, competency frameworks, and succession planning.
• Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Analyze organizational culture and recommend interventions to foster desired behaviors and values.
• Develop communication plans to support organizational design changes.
