Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in organizational-focused fields.
• 3–5 years in organizational development or change management consulting.
• Experience designing organizational structures and leading change programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and transformation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current structures and identify efficiency improvements.
• Design models with clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and comms plans.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to drive buy-in and smooth transitions.
• Analyze impact on culture, processes and people; measure redesign outcomes.
