Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant specializing in Organisational Design & Development in Soweto, Gauteng. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with essential on-site client engagements, and offers exposure to diverse organisational changes across South Africa.

You will assess client structures, design org models, develop talent management and leadership initiatives, and guide change management to improve performance and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (HR, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in organisational development, HR consulting, or related advisory roles.
• Proven experience in organisational design, talent management, and change management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, leadership development, and HR best practices.

Responsabilités

• Assess client organizational structures, culture, and workforce capabilities.
• Design and implement organizational structures, job roles, and reporting lines.
• Develop and refine talent management strategies including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Advise on change management processes to support transformations.
• Facilitate workshops and interventions to improve team dynamics and collaboration.
• Develop frameworks for performance measurement and organisational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Stay updated on best practices in OD, HR strategy and change management.
