Placements24 is recruiting a Management Consultant specialized in Organizational Design and Change Management to lead transformative projects in Bloemfontein, Free State. You will design structures, craft change strategies, and drive adoption across client organizations.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or HR and at least four years of consulting experience in organizational design and change programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 4+ years in organizational design, change management consulting, or similar.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing change management plans for large-scale initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organizational development theories and methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess current structures, roles, and responsibilities to identify improvements.
• Design effective structures, reporting lines, and governance models.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Identify resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and training to support transitions to new designs and processes.
• Measure impact of change initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Advise leadership on organizational development and change leadership.
