Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in organizational psychology, business admin, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, or related consulting field.
• Proven success leading large-scale organizational change programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, culture, and leadership development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in hybrid work environments and ability to adapt communication styles.
• Proficiency in relevant change management methodologies and tools.
