Job summary

Financial Sector Conduct Authority is seeking an Organisational Development (OD) specialist to optimise the organisation structure and act as a Change Ambassador, guiding major changes and facilitating team-building initiatives.

The role involves job analysis, profiling, and implementing OD plans in alignment with FSCA strategic objectives, with a focus on improving performance and engagement across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current HR legislation.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to solve problems and deliver customer-focused service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in developing OD plans, policies and team development activities; facilitation of learning with multi-professional teams.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to FSCA OD strategy to improve performance.
• Design, deliver and evaluate OD interventions and workshops.
• Develop OD competency framework and integrate into processes.
• Provide status updates on OD to stakeholders.
