Job summary

Western Cape Government is seeking a candidate to enhance department-wide organisational design and performance within the Public Service. The role involves diagnostics, design, and implementation of process improvements, plus developing competency-based job descriptions and evaluation support.

You will support transversal design across departments and contribute to Batho Pele service delivery initiatives while aiding in OD tools, methodologies, and information management.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NQF level 6 or equivalent; at least 1 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and support organisational diagnostics and implement organisation design and business process improvement.
• Provide a job design service including competency-based job descriptions and job evaluation support.
• Provide transversal organisation design and alignment services across departments.
• Support Batho Pele service delivery improvement initiatives and reporting.
• Contribute to practice enablement and development by refining OD tools and systems.
