Job summary

FSCA in Pretoria is seeking an OD Specialist in the Human Resources Department to optimise the organisation structure and act as a Change Ambassador, supporting major changes and facilitating team development through workshops and job analysis.

You will develop and maintain organisational development plans, deliver OD interventions, and design a competency framework integrated into FSCA processes, with reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology or Organisational Development with relevant HR experience.
• Experience in OD, policies, and team development activities.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills; ability to engage across levels.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the FSCA Organisational Development strategy to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain Organisational Development plans and policies.
• Provide internal OD consultancy to promote teamwork and engagement.
• Lead OD interventions including workshops and team development activities.
• Develop and implement FSCA competency framework within processes and systems.
• Provide OD status updates to key stakeholders.
