Job summary

Fempower Personnel is seeking an experienced Manager: Organisational Development to drive organisational effectiveness across the business, including workforce planning, talent management, performance, and change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will hold an Honours degree in relevant fields, a Master's is advantageous, and have extensive OD leadership experience within large organisations. A strong strategic mindset and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in OD practices and interventions.
• Knowledge of organisational design and restructuring.
• Experience with change management and transformation.
• Experience in workforce and succession planning.
• Knowledge of talent management and staff retention.
• Experience with performance management systems.
• Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies.
• Project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organisational development strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead organisational design, restructuring, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and staff retention strategies.
• Oversee performance management frameworks and interventions.
• Lead change management and organisational transformation programmes.
• Manage leadership, team effectiveness, and organisational culture initiatives.
• Develop and implement organisational development policies, processes, and procedures.
• Oversee organisational development projects and reporting.
• Establish and maintain assessment and development centre capabilities to support talent decisions.
