Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (HR, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in organisational development, HR consulting, or related advisory roles.
• Proven experience in organisational design, talent management, and change management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, leadership development, and HR best practices.
