OPERATIONS SUPPORT COORDINATOR

| CAPE TOWNA leading, fast-paced multi-site food & hospitality business is looking for an experienced Operations Support Coordinator to join its team in Claremont, Cape Town.

This is a hands-on coordination role supporting operational excellence, compliance, safety and facilities across multiple corporate locations nationally.

THE ROLE

• Coordinating facilities maintenance and essential equipment repairs
• Monitoring service provider and transport agreements
• Ensuring Occupational Health & Safety compliance
• Supporting HIRA risk assessments and safety inspections
• Implementing and monitoring OHS frameworks and systems
• Maintaining statutory records, SOPs and compliance documentation
• Preparing monthly reports and maintaining operational dashboards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification advantageous
• Recognised Occupational Health & Safety qualification/certification
• 3–5 years' proven experience in supervisory, OHS or retail/operations management
• Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and planning abilities
• Strong MS Office skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel
• Fluent in English
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
