The role requires keeping multiple teams aligned—Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Production and Warehousing—to ensure orders are processed accurately and deadlines met, with a proactive, detail-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• 2–4 years’ experience in operations, supply chain or logistics coordination.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, apparel or similar environment is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Confident communication and ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing and order documentation.
• Manage production requirements and update ERP/inventory systems.
• Work with Supply Chain and Warehouse to keep production and deliveries on schedule.
• Coordinate logistics, including distribution centre requirements, barcodes, ASNs and delivery slots.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and external partners on shipments.
• Provide regular updates on production, orders and potential delays.

Are you an organised and detail-driven Operations Co-ordinator who enjoys keeping things moving and making sure everything runs smoothly?

An exciting opportunity is available for an Operations Co-ordinator to oversee the process from purchase order through to production, dispatch and delivery.

You’ll be the key link between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse and external partners, ensuring orders are processed accurately and deadlines are met.
