Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of the retail network from the Stellenbosch hub. The role focuses on ensuring operational processes are efficient, compliant, and deliver excellent customer experiences across all stores.

You will manage inventory, drive process improvements, and coordinate with multiple departments to uphold operational excellence.

You will be involved in everything from inventory management and process improvement to coordinating with various departments to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for organization and a passion for supporting the operational backbone of a thriving retail business in the scenic locale of Stellenbosch .

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail operations , administration, or a related support role.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team in Stellenbosch .
