• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Operations Management role.
• Experience managing multiple operational functions across retail, warehousing and logistics.
• Strong people management and leadership experience.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, food manufacturing, warehousing, distribution or logistics.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Proven ability to improve operational efficiencies and business performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Supply Chain or Business Management advantageous.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Operations Management role

• Strong people management and leadership experience
• Experience within one or more of the following industries:

  • Food Manufacturing
  • Warehousing
  • Distribution
  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiencies and business performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field will be advantageous
