Job summary

The Globevest Group is seeking an Operations Administrator in Midrand to join our team. The role combines IT, logistics, and general admin support to enable smooth service delivery across branches.

You will assist the sales team, manage customer data, handle invoicing and stock control, and provide IT support. A matric and IT-related skills are required; Syspro experience is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric is required; IT-related qualification is a plus.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Proficient in computer hardware/software troubleshooting and basic IT support.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team to acquire and service clients.
• Update and maintain customer database; process orders and invoicing.
• Provide IT support across branches, on-site and remotely.
• Assist in logistics coordination, invoicing and stock control.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
