Qualifications

• Over 5–10 years of IT operations and infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, backup and recovery.
• Strong governance, security, and compliance knowledge across IT environments.
• Proven ability to analyze service desk metrics and improve service delivery.
• Certifications in ITSM, PMP/PRINCE2, CISSP or CISM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of server and desktop support teams.
• Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of IT platforms.
• Develop and monitor project plans with milestones.
• Analyze service desk tickets and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee server infrastructure management and DR planning.
• Lead end-user support across devices and onboarding/offboarding.
• Act as escalation point for incidents; drive root-cause analysis.
• Prepare monthly operational performance reports.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across IT.
