Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field.
• +3 years’ experience in administrative or operational support role or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities across IDM teams to keep delivery timelines, priorities, and interdependencies on track.
• Track operational delivery across multiple streams to drive cross-team alignment and identify risks and blockers.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, leadership forums, and operational engagements with limited supervision.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and operational packs for leadership and team use.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Review operational processes to identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency.
