Placements24 is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist based in Pretoria to optimize store processes and drive operational efficiency across the Gauteng retail network. You will support store teams, manage inventory initiatives, and help enforce company policies to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in retail operations or a similar analytical role, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store activities.
• Support inventory management processes, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Assist in the implementation of loss prevention initiatives and monitor store shrink.
• Provide operational support and guidance to store managers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across all retail locations.
