Job summary

ShopriteX is seeking a highly organised Technical Operations Specialist to support the IDM team. You will help manage operational activities, track dependencies, and ensure reliable delivery across multiple streams in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating across diverse stakeholders while driving follow-through on critical deliverables. A focus on process improvement and efficient ways of working is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field.
• +3 years’ experience in an administrative or operational support role or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working/methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities across IDM teams to keep delivery timelines and priorities on track.
• Track delivery across streams, identify risks and blockers, and maintain cross-team alignment.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, leadership forums, and operational engagements.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational packs for leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure timely completion.
• Review processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation repositories.
• Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders and support coordination.
• Support governance, standards, and IDM ways of working, and foster continuous improvement.
