• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Technical Support Technician or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and remote support software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nelspruit.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for on-site support.
